Model Hire Terms & Conditions

Personalities Direct registers all types of models and seeks to provide to its customers the service they desire. Models have their own Terms & Conditions issued to them by us, which they are advised to comply with. To avoid any misunderstanding it is essential when hiring models that the customer reads carefully the model’s specified modelling categories, and keeps to the modelling details for which the model was hired in agreement with Personalities Direct. Please read our customer advisory listing below:

• Model and Client assumes all responsibility for privately arranged bookings not made through Personalities Direct.
• Customers should contact Personalities Direct if they wish to change booking details i.e. Time, Location, agreed nature of work involved etc
• Customers should not offer models lifts back from assignments.
• If under the age of legal consent, ensure models are accompanied by an Adult known to them at all times.
• Please report to us and do not use Models if they appear to be under the influence of mind affecting substances e.g. alcohol, drugs etc.
• If a model does not render the service you have requested, please ring Personalities Direct.

To help us improve our service to you please let us know after the assignment any suggestions you may have and how the model performed

Model Register – Terms and Conditions for working models

For the benefit of us all it is essential that we work as a team and to these ends it is inevitable that some rules must be set. It is in the interests of us all that we insist that the Terms and Conditions below are strictly adhered to.

• Personalities Direct must be able to contact Models at the set times agreed by the model.
• Models must contact Personalities Direct at least 48 hours prior to Cancellation of an appointment.
• Models must be at their engagements 15 minutes prior to the set appointment times.
• Models must be smart in their appearance.
• Models must not turn up to an appointment under the influence of any substances.
• Models must keep to the agreed arrangements of the work commissioned by Personalities Direct.
• Models must inform Personalities Direct of any deviances from the work criteria agreed between the customer and Personalities Direct.
• Models agreeing to private arrangements made between themselves and the customer do so at their own risk. Personalities direct accept no responsibility for private arrangements made between Model and Customer.
• Good service and reliability are essential for any company to be successful. Word of mouth is the best form of advertising a company can have and its free!
